Sales Excellence Workshop at Crealis North America

In December 2025, following one on one role play coaching sessions with each participant, I facilitated a two-day Sales Training workshop at Crealis North America’s headquarters in California, focusing on elevating sales performance through mindset and methodology.

The program covered key topics such as:

  • Value Selling
  • CRM Best Practices
  • Preparing for Customer Meetings Like Pro

A highlight was introducing the Halifax Consulting LEAD methodology, designed to help sales teams:

  • Build credibility from the start
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover true customer needs
  • Connect solutions by sparking interest
  • Drive for commitment by embracing objections and making closing a natural next step

What stood out most was the team’s mindset—seasoned professionals approaching the training with humility, curiosity, and a commitment to growth. Through role plays and real-life applications, the learning truly came to life.
